Seeking a full stack developer to join our LATAM based team developing internal and client software and tools and utilize best practice frameworks to enable the company to have competitive edge over its customers.

You'll be encouraged to challenge the norm, investigate ideas outside of your role, and come up with creative solutions that help our customers along their digital transformation journey.

The ideal candidate should have a strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs and mock-ups

Design client-side, server-side and security architecture

Deliver system design within an agreed architecture and set of standards

Apply and consider user experience, performance, security, quality and stability throughout the software development lifecycle

Work with a variety of relational databases, operating systems and modern UI frameworks to develop modern software solutions and support their productization

Automate testing wherever possible, debug issues and provide feedback to management during the development process

Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

Participate in standups and client workshops

Write technical documentation

Experience

3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Experience working with modern front-end frameworks

Experience in back-end frameworks

Experience of tools that support the development process such as Git, Visual Studio, and SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft DevOps, Postman

Expert experience with developing and consuming APIs

Expert experience with web services development (REST)

Experience with software design and Object-Oriented development methodologies

Knowledge and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases

Experience with cloud (Azure preferred)

Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies as they apply to software development

Design patterns and SOLID principles (desirable)

Qualifications and Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

English Level C1 or above (required)

JQuery (expert level)

Express JS

Next JS

Relational databases (SQL / MySQL, NoSQL, Postgres, DB2, MongoDB)

Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)

PowerShell scripting (desirable)

Microsoft Authentication Library (desirable)
