We're Hiring! | Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding | UPS Tijuana (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about logistics and international trade?

UPS México is looking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow client portfolio in Tijuana and surrounding areas .

This is a hybrid position with home office flexibility and field work.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop potential clients to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Contact prospects via phone / email and schedule meetings.
  • Analyze client needs and present UPS Global Freight Forwarding services.
  • Prepare value-based proposals and manage active accounts.
  • Maintain client relationships and resolve issues.
  • Track sales performance through internal reports and systems.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (required).
  • Strong knowledge of ocean freight (mandatory).
  • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs, warehousing (preferred).
  • Business-level English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
