Job Objective Under routine supervision, provides key support for functional groups to maximize capacity and prevent overall dwell, through the performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data, making computations, laying out and preparing reports, processing and coding documents, booking appointments and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing. Sets up and prepares statistical reports. Resolves discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employees inside and outside the organization. This position serves as a floater for the group and provides mentorship of new personnel with an emphasis on new hire training.

C1 English required

Experience : 1-2 years Customer Service experience.

Workplace : Torre 2, Plaza Uptown Juriquilla.

Salary : $20,000 MXN per month before taxes

Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degrees related to logistics from Mexico.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Act as manager-on-duty of personnel when manager is not present and / or available.

Train and mentor personnel with heavy emphasis on new hire training.

Serve as a floater for the group when necessary to provide extra coverage and / or represent one or more customers to maintain service and exceed department goals.

Work with internal teams to improve processes, discuss action plans, and achieve organizational / department / team goals and objectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve any service issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Track loads to ensure customer’s freight is safely delivered on time.

Establish and maintain relationships with customers by assessing their needs and providing a solution.

Requirements and expectations for role :

Experience working in transportation.
