Casino Operations Manager Position Summary

As a Casino Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the ship's Casino Department. Your primary focus will be on core functions including casino operations, achieving established revenue targets, and maintaining compliance with gaming rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have two to five years of progressive managerial experience in a casino function within an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise line environment. They should also possess a satisfactory completion of Gaming Board / Commission approved dealer school.

• Manage Casino Operations : Oversee daily casino activities, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
• Achieve Revenue Targets : Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through promotions, up-selling, and cost-efficient practices.
