OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Key Account Executive & Segment Leader in our Garmin Mexico location.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing new dealers and sales of Garmin's products as a highly motivated professional who is highly involved in product management & product development for Garmin's products sold in Mexico.Essential FunctionsDevelop and manage long term strategic relationships with key account (consumer product sales channels)Establish and execute sales plans, sales promotions and customer support to increase market share and profitsAnalyze sales metrics and data to prepare and present business reviews on account performance and state of health of the accounts under your supervisionPrepare sales forecasts and work side by side with Garmin demand planner to ensure adequate / efficient on hand inventory levels.Research and develop new segments in Mexico (auto, offroad, motorcycle, etc.)Partner / communicate regularly with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Managers and Inside Sales to ensure appropriate merchandising, and presentation of Garmin productsMonitor market for need to modify strategies required to meet sales objectives and profit goalsVisit Garmin dealer network and retail stores to provide feedback and assistance at the point of sales.Strong knowledge of all Garmin products and segments in order to guide and train dealers on the ideal product line up in each account, as well as the proper communication and merchandising of said products.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Marketing AND a minimum of 3 years experience in B2B (Business to business) sales and marketing (selling direct to large retailers and / or equivalent) sector OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceMet and / or exceeded past sales goalsProven track record of sales successesSelf-motivated, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and excellent time management skillsExceptional communication oral / written and interpersonal relationship skillsAbility to present to large groupsDesired QualificationsMust possess demonstrated English skills (able to establish a conversation, read and write)Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.Experience in using consumer electronics, fitness or recreational productsPersonal experience in fishing, boating and / or outdoor recreation activitiesExcellent product knowledge of communication and navigation systemsGarmin International is an equal opportunity employer.
