Sales Director Technology Workflows

This is a challenging role for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth in the technology sector.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our technology sales team and drive revenue growth in Mexico City.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership and a proven track record of success in driving business growth in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive new business acquisition within the assigned North Latin American region.
  • Identify and qualify leads, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers at prospect organizations.
  • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, ensuring all documentation and processes are followed meticulously.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical resources and account managers, to secure successful deal closure.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience selling professional services within a technology ecosystem, with a strong preference for ServiceNow experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling at least or exceeding $3M+ in professional services and software products per year, exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in a technology channel environment, generating leads, and co-selling through closure with channel partners is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and execute deal strategy and opportunity management throughout the sales cycle.
  • Intrinsically motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
