Requirements

• Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel frequently to the U.S. and industry events.
• Advanced English (C1) with fluent conversational skills — mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Commercial Director or Head of Sales in software, technology, or cloud solution companies.
• Proven experience leading sales teams in Mexico and the United States.
• Strong negotiation, business development, and strategic account management skills.
• Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.

Role Objective

Lead the company's commercial expansion across Mexico and the United States , driving growth within existing accounts and developing new business opportunities in both markets. This role is responsible for building high-level strategic relationships, executing the commercial strategy, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals.
