We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive data governance, global reporting automation, and advanced workforce analytics for HR stakeholders across regions.
The ideal candidate possesses expertise in multinational environments, particularly in HR systems, data management operations, self-service analytics solutions, and automation processes.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing data governance policies, architecting data validation and quality measurement processes, and developing scalable dashboards using Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors.
Candidates will collaborate with HRIS, Global Business Services, and business leaders to translate data needs into sustainable tools and visualizations.
The successful candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in HR data management, people analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise data governance.
Soft skills include excellent communication, self-driven project management, cultural fluency, and collaboration experience in diverse teams.
