Sr. Designer – Hogarth

What does a Sr. Designer do at Hogarth?

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing impactful visual solutions that elevate our clients\' brands and drive results. You will work closely with the creative team, clients, and senior management to translate strategic goals into compelling creative executions across various media for a large client in the nicotine category.

Duties :

• Conceptualize and execute original, high-impact designs that align with overall product and branding strategies.
• Lead and inspire junior designers, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the creative team to brainstorm innovative ideas and bring fresh perspectives to projects.
• Work on projects independently from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within deadlines.
• Present creative concepts confidently and effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, digital best practices, and industry innovations.
• Conduct thorough research on competitors and target audiences to inform creative decisions and ensure relevance.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative agency environment.
