BASIC PURPOSE : Provide support and clerical expertise to Talent and Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Rosewoods’ policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, and answering telephones according to company´s standards
Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork.
Maintain and update all computer records.
Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.
Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
1.Complete all payroll records for proper signature.
2.Run monthly, quarterly and annual reports from HR computer system.
3.Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.
4.Check HR internal mailbox and post outgoing HR mail.
5.Assist with quarterly locker checks.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
Education : High school education or equivalent experience
Experience : Experience required by position is from six months to one full year of employment in the related position
Skills and Abilities : Requires ability to operate computer equipment.
Ability to read and speak and write medium English level.
ABRHIL Software proficiency desirable.
