What You’ll Do : Lead & Empower : Guide a talented sales team, driving growth and smashing goals in alignment with our company vision. Strategic Expansion : Research, develop, and penetrate new markets—expanding sales with existing and potential customers. Relationship Builder : Manage key global OEM accounts and collaborate with external Manufacturer’s Rep Firms to amplify our reach. Technical Expert : Become the go-to resource for customer applications, communicating how our solutions deliver value through service, quality, and competitive pricing. Customer Champion : Connect with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits—showcasing our ability to exceed their expectations. Data-Driven : Use CRM tools to track opportunities, respond quickly to inquiries, and ensure every quote is spot-on. Marketing Partner : Help craft newsletters, technical bulletins, and email campaigns that highlight our capabilities. What You Bring : 10 years of technical sales experience with direct account management (required) 5 years in sales management (required) Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience (strongly preferred) Industry experience in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace, or Plastics / Composites Fluent business English (Advanced) Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills Why The Gund Company?
