Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with strong technical acumen and business development skills to drive sales of custom automation solutions. This individual will serve as a bridge between our engineering team and our clients, identifying customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation through project handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across manufacturing industries.
• Identify opportunities for custom machines, automation projects, and manufacturing cell solutions through consultative sales.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
• Conduct client site visits to assess needs, gather requirements, and present solutions.
• Lead the preparation of quotes, bids, and commercial agreements in alignment with company goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Track opportunities, pipeline, and sales performance using CRM tools.
• Provide feedback from the field to help refine product offerings and market strategies.
