Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Onboarding 2.0 to join our Human Experience Management (HXM) consulting team. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and delivering impactful onboarding experiences that improve employee engagement and streamline HR processes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 .
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Integrate Onboarding 2.0 with other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Employee Central).
- Perform data mapping, process definition, and workflow creation to support client needs.
- Conduct unit testing, UAT, and end-user training.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization to ensure solution adoption and value delivery.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with hands-on Onboarding 2.0 project delivery.Strong understanding of HXM processes and HR best practices.Experience integrating Onboarding 2.0 with Recruiting and Employee Central modules.SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding 2.0 preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Fluent in English (spoken and written). Spanish or other languages are a plus.What We Offer
