Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver accurate / timely invoices specific to customer accounts per invoicing KPI metrics, via digital, EDI and traditional mail services
• Receive, sort and index paperwork in the enterprise document management system
• Work closely with the collections, sales and operations team on providing documentation and back up for collection and carrier payment efforts
• Review customer specific TMS billing applications for rejected invoices and action accordingly
• Research and correct rating and billing discrepancies
• Compile daily / weekly / monthly reports for financials, sales and operational KPIs

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Required

0-3 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting Preferred

0-3 years experience in transportation and supply chain industry Preferred

Basic Math (High proficiency); Bookkeeping (Medium proficiency); Basic Accounting (Medium proficiency); Microsoft Office Excel experience, required (Medium proficiency)
