Duties & Responsibilities
The RTR Intern is a key role for the organization and will perform accounting and administrative functions in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of accounting and financial records. Main responsibilities :
- Process and post journal entries within the agreed timeframe, maintaining high service quality and efficiency.
- Reconcile Balance sheet accounts.
- Resolution of aged balances.
- Collect, analyse and interpret data to produce reports, both monthly and ad-hoc ones
- Month end closing activities.
- Ensure proper intercompany balancing.
- Participate in emerging projects - e.g. process transitions, continuous improvements, procedures standardization, etc.
- Other duties as assigned (possibly supporting other areas like : Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable).
Requirements :
Active student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced EnglishBasic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Schedule and Work Arrangement :
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 2 pm.Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work.Location : Oficinas en el Parque (Torres Moradas), Monterrey, N.L.Benefits :
