Sr Project Manager

Descripción del trabajoServe as the primary owner of the Project Plan : develop, implement, maintain, and update as needed. Conduct and drive team stand-ups to gather updates on project progress and Jira cards. Assist tower and sub-tower leads with creating accurate and timely status narratives. Review and manage all requirement changes through a formally defined scope change process. Ensure sub-tower activities comply with established SMO processes. Develop and maintain an integrated Tower plan, accounting for activity across sub-towers. Identify and track cross-tower and cross-project dependencies. Ensure synchronization between MS Project and Jira for accurate project tracking. Gather and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and inconsistencies, providing proactive insights. Monitor and escalate third-party impacts / dependencies as needed. Verify and maintain tower-level project documentation in Confluence. Ensure data integrity for team rosters and PTO trackers at sub-tower level. Provide performance feedback to sub-tower leaders to support project delivery. Maintain individual Tower dashboards in Jira. Calculate and publish SPI metrics at Tower level. Identify, log, and monitor project risks, issues, and decisions. Oversee the completion of deliverables and monitor critical path activities. Support the alignment of sub-tower schedules and roadmaps with Baxter milestones. Ensure TSA alignment with project Tower milestones. Proven experience in the role Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project (must-have) Solid experience with Jira and Confluence. Strong understanding of project governance processes (SMO standards, scope management, dependency tracking). Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to identify and escalate risks / issues early and drive effective resolutions. Experience managing large-scale, multi-tower projects is a plus.
