Manage and coordinate all operational activities of the plant and production line, ensuring compliance with established volume, quality, cost, and time targets. Ensure the efficiency of production processes through effective management of human, technical, and material resources, always with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance..
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Plan, coordinate, and control daily production operations to ensure compliance with production plans, quality standards, and delivery times.
Supervise and develop the team of supervisors and operators, promoting training, motivation, and efficient performance.
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, performance, quality, and waste.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety areas to optimize operations and resolve incidents.
Manage the operating budget, controlling costs and seeking continuous improvement in processes.
Prepare production reports and analyses for senior management.
Promote a culture of safety in the workplace through training and awareness programs.
Supervise that production processes comply with established quality standards.
Collaborate with the quality department to implement and maintain quality management systems.
Review and analyze quality reports, taking measures to correct deviations.
Plan and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to optimize processes.
Manage the production department budget, controlling costs and operating expenses.
Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
Oversee the efficient use of resources, including materials, labor, and energy.
Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial production, with at least 4 years in supervisory or management positions.
Solid knowledge of production process management, quality control, and continuous improvement.
Experience in managing production planning and control systems (ERP, MES).
Familiarity with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations and standards.
Proficiency in English for technical management and corporate communication is desirable.
Manufacturing techniques, operations management, safety regulations.
Proficiency in Systems, Standards, Models, Tools : ERP, Lean Manufacturing, data analysis tools.
Ability to present results and strategies to senior management.
Availability for occasional domestic and international travel for project supervision, training, or corporate meetings.
