What You'll Do :
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat independently.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a proactive and friendly manner.
- Provide detailed information about our products, orders, and shipping processes.
- Guide customers through the purchasing and return processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction for various apparel brands.
Experiencia y requisitos
What We're Looking For :
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.Familiarity with online shopping and e-commerce practices.Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.Punctuality and reliability in showing up to work on time.Requirements :
