Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Professional with expertise in accounting analysis to join our team in Cancún, Mexico, with a hybrid working model. This role is responsible for managing accounts, analyzing them, supporting audits, and handling day to day issues succesfully.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance perspective and being compliant with all the processes.
• Collaborate in the creation of compelling presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions and facilitate decision-making process; make recommendations in the appropriate forums
• Work together with other teams and stakeholders to analyze and understand performance and compliance
• Conduct detailed analysis when needed, often involving large amounts of data and / or feedback and support all necessary audits.
• Establish trust and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the business and gain the support of key players
• Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency when it comes to data related to specific initiatives he is managing
