The brand has rapidly expanded its international presence, including Latin America, through a strategy centered on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

Job Summary :

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to develop a medium-to-long-term strategy for new energy channel development in Mexico.
  • This includes selecting the most suitable channel model, creating a regional coverage plan, and determining the pace of development.
  • The successful candidate will formulate annual and quarterly plans, defining target cities, number of outlets, and opening schedules, and be accountable for meeting development targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the new energy channel development in Mexico, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Design industry-competitive store investment policies, incentive programs, and subsidy initiatives to attract top partners.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for channel development, covering all stages from potential partner screening to store opening.
  • Leverage digital tools and employee certification systems to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead launch projects for new outlets, coordinating internal resources to ensure smooth implementation.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
