Key Responsibilities :

1. Module Configuration : Configure SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Time, and Mexican Payroll to meet client requirements.

2. Implementation & Support : Provide hands-on implementation and support for SAP HCM projects, including roll-outs for global entities.

3. Payroll Expertise : Handle end-to-end payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, taxes, garnishments, and year-end activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and their configurations.
• Experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM projects globally.
• Expertise in payroll processing, including gross-to-net calculations, taxes, garnishments, and year-end activities.
