Event Logistics Manager

This role involves ensuring seamless operations at our match venue, coordinating deliveries, movements, and setups. The Event Logistics Manager will oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of product-specific gifting inventory.

Key responsibilities include driving the implementation and execution of the Master Delivery Schedule, partnering with Guest Experience Functional Areas to move stock from storage to designated areas, monitoring and managing inventory across logistics compounds and venue storage facilities.

• Implement and execute the Master Delivery Schedule for deliveries, bump-in, re-supply, and bump-out in close collaboration with departments and logistics vendors.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of all product-specific gifting inventory, both inside and outside the venue.
• Partner with Guest Experience Functional Areas to move requested stock from storage to designated areas, ensuring timely distribution.
• Monitor and manage inventory across logistics compounds and venue storage facilities.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of logistics, operations, or event delivery experience, ideally in large-scale sports or live events. Proven ability to manage delivery schedules, storage compounds, and vendor / contractor coordination is required.

Required skills and qualifications :

Benefits include a weekly rate of 38,000 MXN per week based on 40 hours per week.
