Job Description.

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with advanced expertise in SQL and Power BI , and a strong background in consumer finance analytics or experience working in analytics within financial services . This role will be pivotal in analyzing consumer loan portfolios, providing insights into lending business performance, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large data sets, building intuitive dashboards, and collaborating cross-functionally with finance, operations, risk, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor portfolio performance, loan servicing, and collections.
• Analyze consumer lending portfolios, including client-level credit performance, delinquencies, repayment trends, and yield optimization.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership on risk, profitability, and growth opportunities at a client level.
• Partner with operations, finance, and strategy teams to design KPIs and performance metrics for business units.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support executive decision-making, deal evaluations, and new product launches.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting systems.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in BI, analytics, and data storytelling.
