Position Overview :

The Master Data Management (MDM) Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data within the organization. This position is responsible for the setup and maintenance of part data in the system, ensuring that all attributes are correctly defined and updated. The MDM Associate will also focus on automating processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance data quality and streamline workflows. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Part Setup and Maintenance :

• Create and maintain part records in the system, ensuring all attributes (e.g., descriptions, classifications, pricing, and supplier details) are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, engineering, supply chain, and IT) to gather and validate data requirements for new parts.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies for data entry and attribute management.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate :

$22,208.33 - $25,926.58 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
