We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Supervisor to lead and support commercial initiatives, client engagement, and sales operations. This role is key to driving business growth through strategic client interactions, timely contract management, and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in managing commercial pipelines and customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Respond to client quotation requests via email, including EZ Quote promotions and special negotiations.
  • Conduct follow-up and prospecting calls with clients to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Upload all client interactions and calls into the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely booking of BKs and BLs.
  • Maintain organized records of delays and related documentation.
  • Contact 100% of assigned clients consistently and proactively.
  • Manage timely contract renewals and tariff updates.
  • Handle SE and DG EQ calls as required.
  • Update client contact information in database.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years proven successful industry experience in Container Shipping Sales
  • In depth market knowledge
  • Customer Centric approach with established customer contacts
  • Assertiveness Skills
  • Have strong teamwork spirit, excellent team player
  • English proficiency
  • Fully proficient MS office Excel / Word / PowerPoint
