This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ejecutivo de Ventas based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to drive results and exceed targets.
Strong customer relationship management abilities, such as active listening, understanding client requirements, and building trust.
Knowledge of CRM tools, report preparation, and pipeline management for tracking and reporting sales metrics.
Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the the Fragrances industry is an advantage
