Determines local action plan to leverage Solventum penetration in the customers

Supports local sales managers, channel, reps and clinical specialist

Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university

~5+ years marketing experience in healthcare environment, with a proven track record delivering business results.

~ Bilingual (English-Spanish)

Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and / or segments.

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel)
