As the Head of Business Development, you will spearhead facility partnerships, client retention initiatives, and high-value lead generation, while ensuring every process is streamlined, every inefficiency is eliminated, and every decision is data-driven.

While this tool is in place to ensure accountability, it is also key to maintaining a structured and efficient workflow across remote roles. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion (Data-Driven Approach) :

Develop and execute a data-backed business development roadmap to increase partnerships and referrals.

Leverage CRM systems (Filevine, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track referrals, engagement levels, and conversion rates, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Implement automated tracking systems to monitor partnership engagement activities, referral performance, and client retention rates.

Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, ensuring they have the best tools, processes, and insights to excel.

Build automated dashboards to track team performance, providing real-time visibility into conversion rates, pipeline health, and partner engagement.

Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs based on real-time data, ensuring constant optimization of lead acquisition and conversion processes.

Client Retention & Loyalty Programs (Tech & Data-Optimized) :

Design and execute data-driven client engagement programs, including cheese roll deliveries based on predictive retention analytics.

Track client sentiment and feedback through automated surveys, using AI-based sentiment analysis tools.

Performance Analytics & Reporting :

Implement data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau) to track KPIs and optimize business development performance.

Generate weekly and monthly reports with clear data-backed insights and actionable process improvements.

10+ years of experience in business development, revenue growth, or strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
