Human Resources Analyst

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience across the organization.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent English
- 2 years of experience in an HR support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and update employee records and the HRIS system.Conduct the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and interviews to onboarding.Support onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a great employee experience.Working closely with team leaders to help achieve goals.Manage payroll and expense processes accurately and efficiently.Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.Plan and organize internal events that strengthen company culture and engagement.Conduct regular 1 : 1 meetings with employees to identify needs and provide support.Prepare and process HR documentation, such as employment contracts and reports.Collaborate closely with the international HR team to align strategies and initiatives.Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and workplace culture.What we offer :
Full-time contract (Mon–Fri, 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.)
Remote work (one in-office meeting per month)
