You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. # Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with automated systems. Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment.

# Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.

# Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs and repair reports.

# Recommend improvements to service processes and equipment design.

High school diploma or technical school certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.

#3+ years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of conveyor systems, sorters, or other industrial automation equipment.

# Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC I / O diagrams.

# Proficient with hand tools, electrical meters, and mechanical assembly / disassembly techniques.

# Basic knowledge of industrial control systems, including sensors, actuators, drives, and PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred).

# Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both mechanical and electrical issues.

# Basic PLC troubleshooting skills, especially with Allen-Bradley or Siemens platforms.

# Experience in startup / commissioning of automated material handling systems.
