At Resort Global Network, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead the recruitment process for key positions, primarily in sales, focusing on the vacation club and tourism sector. We are looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and strategic in helping us expand our team with highly qualified professionals to drive our success in the tourism and vacation club industry.
Lead the full recruitment cycle : job posting, screening resumes, interviews, candidate evaluation, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure we capture the best talent in the market.
Build and manage recruitment pipelines, including job fairs, online platforms, and university outreach.
Evaluate and select candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with team leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment of ideal candidates.
Comply with company recruitment policies and legal requirements.
Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken) to interact with international candidates.
Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably for sales positions or related to the tourism industry.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, meeting recruitment deadlines.
Experience with online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Computrabajo, Indeed, etc.) and candidate database management.
