Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Talent organization, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data solutions from scratch, including defining KPIs and metrics.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identify required data sources.
  • Cleanse and manipulate data into the required format, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.
  • Present findings and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Maintain and document the operational environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • An understanding of top-of-the-line data analysis tools, with previous experience in administration, licensing, security, and deployment being a plus.
  • A solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.
  • Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
  • Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and / or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server is also a plus.
  • An advanced English language proficiency.
