Represent the company before labor authorities and government institutions regarding legal and administrative matters.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies aligned with organizational values and culture.
Collaborate in core HR processes such as personnel administration, organizational development, training, and workplace climate.
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
