Role Overview

We seek a results-driven professional to drive growth through affiliate and partnership channels. This role is ideal for a dealmaker who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to source, close, and manage relationships.

You'll own the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiating new affiliates to optimizing existing relationships for performance and ROI. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with leadership to expand our footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Partnership Growth

  • Source, onboard, and close new affiliates and partners.
  • Manage inbound leads and evaluate potential opportunities.
  • Negotiate payouts and commission structures to maximize value.

Performance & Relationship Management

  • Monitor partner performance and optimize for lead volume, ROI, and retention.
  • Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent results.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, resolving issues and providing growth recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals with overall growth.
  • Provide market insights and feedback loops to improve our strategy.
  • What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven success in sourcing, closing, and scaling deals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure agreements.
  • Experience working with LATAM markets and knowledge of local dynamics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute autonomously.
  • Bonus Skills

  • Experience in real estate, fintech, or other high-intent verticals.
  • Familiarity with platforms, tracking systems, and compliance standards.
  • Spanish / Portuguese fluency.
