We are looking for a skilled and organized Sales Support Specialist to coordinate daily sales support activities and provide guidance to a small team of analysts. This role requires a solid understanding of sales operations, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a proactive mindset to drive efficiency, meet KPIs, and solve problems.

The ideal candidate will bring previous experience supervising or coordinating the work of others, even in a small team or informal setting, and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations. Strong communication, accountability, and a hands on approach will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support a small team of Sales Support Analysts, coordinating their daily activities and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and ensure accountability in task execution.
  • Coordinate directly with Sales, Operations, Production, and other teams to align priorities, clarify requests, and resolve order-related issues.
  • Review and validate quotes, contracts, order documentation, and data prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to support decision making and monitor performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy across the sales support function.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting onboarding as needed.
  • Handle escalations related to customer requests, delays, or internal coordination issues.
  • Ensure data integrity in CRM and operational systems, collaborating with other departments when updates or corrections are required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3+4 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience supervising or coordinating team members in an operational or commercial environment.
  • Solid command of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP) and strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas).
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Production, and Finance.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English level, able to participate in meetings and communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
