Main responsibilities :

• We are looking for proactive professionals who can initiate conversations with prospects and clients via phone, email, and messaging apps, ensuring allocated clients are introduced / contacted regularly and managed by calls, emails, and messaging apps.
• Our ideal candidate will convert prospective clients from various sources into active funded and traded clients, establishing long-term relationships with active clients.
• We expect our sales manager to ensure that disputes and queries from clients are solved in a timely manner.
• Educating prospects and clients about our product offerings, platform features, and tools, as well as providing market commentaries and training sessions exclusively for clients.
• The successful candidate will assist with client behavior analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities.
