    We are looking for a

    Digital Marketing Manager

    to lead the brand's digital strategy in México.

    You'll be responsible for driving lead generation, optimizing digital media investments, and strengthening the online presence of our automotive portfolio in the Mexican market.

    • Key Responsibilities :

      Design and optimize performance marketing strategies (SEM, Social Ads, Programmatic, Retargeting, Display, Video).

      Manage digital media investments to maximize ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency.

      Define and oversee the content calendar across digital channels, coordinating creative production for social media, website, email marketing, and third-party platforms.

      Manage CRM platforms and automated communication flows for lead nurturing, segmentation, and retargeting.

      Analyze campaign and channel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, ad platforms, and internal dashboards.

      Coordinate with creative, media, and performance agencies to ensure proper campaign execution.

      Identify digital trends and emerging platforms to enhance brand visibility and consideration.

      Collaborate with product, sales, and dealer teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

    • Requirements :

      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields (Postgraduate degree preferred).

      5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the automotive industry or at an agency managing automotive accounts.

      Proven track record in performance marketing, media buying, and conversion-driven campaign optimization.

      Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, and performance analytics.

      Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.

      Experience managing content calendars and integrated social media strategies.

      Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

      Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
