Requirements : 5 years of operational support large, distributed integration, messaging platform 5 years of experience of using Splunk, Datadog dashboard, queries to triage application and infrastructure issues 3 years of experience of using Git, GitHub, Jenkins and any CI / CD deployment pipelines 2 years liaison or work experience with offshore operation team 2 years' work experience leading production support team Self-starter in learning new technologies and domain knowledge Effective troubleshooting skills through application logs Effective written and spoken communication skills Ability to collaborate with others to triage and resolve production issues Jave developer experience is a plus.
