Job Opportunity in Logistics Sales

This role requires transportation industry experience and a proven track record in sales management. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing our 3PL sales team.

We are seeking a sales leader who can :

  • Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales techniques and overall sales performance
  • Collaborate with senior sales managers, leadership, and vendors to achieve business objectives

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Previous sales managerial experience with a proven ability to manage staff, schedules, and performance
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales professionals and improve sales techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
