Organize self‑assessments & pre‑audits for customer audits (MMOG, Supplier Health Check, QSB+ etc.).
Support the coordination of the Systemic Recovery Plan.
Ensure that the customer portals can be accessed for each customer which has a supplier portal, and that monthly reviews of the Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) are done, and any changes in the CSR is communicated to project & operational team members.
