Payroll and Recruitment Specialist Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Payroll Processing : Process bi-weekly and ad-hoc payroll with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper payroll documentation is maintained for each step of the process.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Communication : Source and post job openings on various platforms, utilizing job boards, networking, and attending job fairs to attract potential candidates. Reach out to potential candidates, schedule interviews, and provide updates on the application status.
  • Interview Coordination : Arrange interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling, sending interview details, and managing candidate logistics.
  • Onboarding Support : Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Process Improvements : Continuously find opportunities to improve payroll efficiency through process improvements and automation, while proactively addressing issues and proposing solutions as needed.

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll coordination or talent acquisition.
  • Skills : Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for extensive interaction with personnel at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Languages : Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English (CEFR C1 or above).
