The General Manager will lead the launch and growth of our operations in Mexico, overseeing all strategic, commercial, regulatory, and operational aspects. This role is critical in establishing our presence, driving market penetration, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Oversee regulatory compliance, including COFEPRIS approvals and local healthcare laws.

Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Collaborate with global headquarters to align local strategy with corporate goals.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English.
