Manufacturing Operations Job

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the Manufacturing Operations domain within an IT organization.

The scope of responsibilities will be aligned with business domains spanning all areas in Manufacturing Operations, including Planning, Fabrication, Production, Warehouse Intralogistics, Quality, and Shipping.

This position involves coordinating product feature function rollouts and working with peer teams to deploy solutions in a hybrid model.

The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing companies' processes and data, as well as knowledge of SAP, preferably PP or QM.

A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering is preferred, and proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

• Lead day-to-day operations and foster transparency and communication among stakeholders.
• Own team backlog and fulfillment work, prioritizing tasks with business and technical resolution.
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution definition, testing, and validation.
• Deliver projects on time, meeting defined SLAs.
• Maximize value delivered for the domain and help teams execute on a shared vision.

Key Skills : strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to travel to different facilities as needed.
