Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and inspection of factory infrastructure including power, HVAC, and pure water systems to ensure production energy and environmental requirements are met
2. Manage energy consumption costs and enforce safety and environmental compliance
3. Lead the facilities team and coordinate with external suppliers to promptly address equipment failures and optimize workflows

Qualifications

1. Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field; minimum 3 years of factory operations experience in electronics manufacturing
2. Expertise in at least two core plant systems; proven troubleshooting and team management capabilities
3. Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations; strong stress tolerance; relevant certifications preferred
