What will your mission be?

As a Business Strategy Associate at VEMO , you will play a key role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across our public charging network. This is an ideal opportunity for early-career professionals with strong analytical and business acumen who are eager to make a meaningful impact.

Your main responsibilities

  • Contributing to the design and evaluation of commercial strategies by zone or product, including pricing models and new revenue streams.
  • Supporting the financial and operational analysis of strategic projects, including CAPEX and OPEX impact on hub-level profitability.
  • Structuring and monitoring key strategic initiatives across VEMO, acting as a liaison between multiple teams.
  • Supporting the design, automation, and delivery of internal and external reporting tools in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
  • Reducing the analytical workload of the VCN team by serving as an internal strategic capability during peak demand periods.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement governance frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure efficient execution of strategic plans.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Desirable : Background or training in Consulting, Strategic Finance, or Business Strategy.

    • Professional Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, financial planning, or corporate strategy.
  • Experience at highly valued firms.
  • Experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital is a plus.

    • Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
