Financial Sr. FP&A Analyst

Description and Requirements

Responsible for developing and tracking business plan results and supports monthly business plan review. Leads strategic initiatives and collaborates with related functions for smooth / efficient execution. Optimizes business management process, conducts business analytics, drives smart transition to increase profitability

Responsabilities:

• Manage and track performance for the Multi Billion $ ISG
• (infraestructur Solution Group) ESMB Organization.
• Design and implement new BMS to monitor performance and align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage key projects and initiatives.
• Provide recommendations to improve Financial and Operational performance.
• Drive the development of tools to optimize end to end business execution and performance tracking.
• Identify and lead projects to reduce cost, minimize inventory and increase profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years in product/project management or software development. (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience or solid familiarity with back-end support processes.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and create innovative solutions.
• Effective communication skills with with cross-functional teams,
• Solid project management, leadership and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members.
