We enable clinicians to deliver the best possible care with improved efficiency, clinical confidence, adaptive collaboration, and accelerated intelligence.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The General Manager Mexico and Puerto Rico is responsible : ResponsibilitiesLead the organization, define strategic goals aligned with Latin America and Developed Markets Regional strategic objectives to achieve short-term and long-term brand positioning, above-market growth, and P&L results, compliant with business practices and local legal regulationsDevelop talent in the organization, as well as prepare succession for critical rolesOwn the overall sales process within your assigned countries (pre-sale and post-sale)Build a strategic YOY business plan within each sub-region in this territory incorporating key value drivers for both the channel partner as well as Beckman Coulter which will drive YOY revenue growth and sustained partnershipDeploy robust sales, marketing, services, and operations campaigns with the local regional teamsThis position reports to the Latin America Vice President, and is part of the Latam Organization located in Mexico and will be an on-site role.OpportunityUnderstand the business and financial goals of your region, and put together a sound strategy on how Beckman Coulter is the partner of choiceInfluence with strong communication and persuasion ability and work collaboratively; ability to work in a matrix structureEssential requirementsBachelor's degree (preferably within business or biomedical engineering), Master's Degree in the Health Care industry20+ years of experience in Health Care, Medical Devices, Diagnostics segments10+ years of experience in a General Manager role in Latin America countriesFluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and EnglishStrong influence and ability to interact at C-suite level of the medical industryTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirements : if applicable for roleAbility to travel 25 – 50% within Latin AmericaMust have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordPlusFluent understanding of hospital operating financials and healthcare economicsStrong communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately conduct executive-level presentationsBenefitsBeckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs.
