- Problem solver, leading complex resolution quality problems, identify root causes of inefficiencies, process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, enhance quality with deep expertise in Sealing, Vision, injection molding commodities for the Automotive industry.
- Skills to work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Responsible for the successful completion of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic Stellantis goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lean Six Sigma Leadership
Lead large-scale, cross-functional quality projects from initiation to completion.Execute high impact Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on supplier product quality.Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex quality and field issues.Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Service teams to resolve quality concerns.Data Analysis
Apply advanced statistical tools to analyze data, identify trends, and validate solutions.Proficient in GIMS, Palantir, EWT, AQIS, Power BI, Core Tools, PFMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, and ECMM.Communication
Clearly and technical communicate complex information, project progress, and findings to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent) with 4+ years of experience.8+ years in automotive product development and quality.Strong understanding of automotive systems and standards.Proven experience in mentoring and training technical teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficient in statistical analysis, regression, hypothesis testing, and DOE.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects to successful, on-time delivery.Strategic thinker with the ability to align initiatives with broader business goals.Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degreeKnowledge of warranty analytics, field failure analysis, and customer satisfaction metrics.4 years as a Black Belt.Experience with automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IATF 16949).Familiarity with Quality and Systems Engineering.#J-18808-Ljbffr
