At Lenovo, we're looking for a Channel Operations Sr Analyst to support our retail incentive programs and help drive operational excellence across our sales channels.
If you love working with data, coordinating processes, and communicating with diverse teams, this role is for you Responsibilities : Monitor, validate, and reconcile sales reports submitted by retail partners within established deadlines.Coordinate the operational implementation of channel benefit programs and retail incentive campaigns.Ensure program processes and documentation are accurate and aligned with internal requirements.Collaborate with retail partners to collect required information, follow up on pending submissions, and resolve discrepancies.Generate regular reports on program execution, sales reconciliations, and campaign performance.Work closely with internal channel, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.Facilitate communication between local teams (Mexico) and global support teams.Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and partner satisfaction.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational support within sales, channels, or retail (experience in tech or consumer electronics is a plus).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.Fluent English (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams is mandatory.Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, or channel management systems is a plus.We're looking for someone proactive, analytical, and organized, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
