Productivity as per reference Library2, PPI filing with the Installation Supervisor.Issue of Red and Yellow drawing reportsResponsibilitiesThe Installation Team Leader or the Installation technician will assume all worker responsibilities as such : Execute specific installation activities according to the design documentation and Installation Supervisor orientation / instruction.Comply with EHS procedures and maintain PPE defined by EHS, make sure collective protections are in place, and alert the supervisor / PrIM whenever any deviation to EHS rules or EHS risk is identified.Ensure the right means to perform the installation : tools calibrated; understanding of drawings and method statements; right material; accurate knowledge / training for performing the work.Perform activities with quality – No deviation versus drawings and method statement = No punch point.Report and alert the hierarchical supervisor if any risk, difficulties or issues are identified during the installation activities that may impact safety, quality or performance of the work.In addition as Team Leader / Capataz, he will assume following responsibilities : Manage the team for performing a task in a work location : review up-to-date documentation, verify tools, verify skills and train workers if required, verify availability of material and equipment, ensure access for performing the work.Prepare reports as requested to the Installation Supervisor / PrIM : Daily progress report, survey report, anomaly report, EHS report, handover report.In addition as Fiber Optic Installation Technician – UTP Wiring and Connection, he will assume following responsibilities : Have expertise for critical tasks – for example technical : Fiber Optical (Installation, fusion and Testing), UTP (Wiring and Connection), etc.
; dedicated to these tasks on several projects.Train and assess project team – Support Team Leader or Worker – for developing skills and competencies in his area of expertise for a dedicated project.Main Required CompetencesEducational RequirementsMandatory : Minimum high school degree, medium technical level in electronics or electric or electromechanics systems or equivalent experience of 3 to 5 years in similar functions.Desirable : Construction Industry (Electrical or Electronic); Communication Industry; Fiber Optic Field; Technical High-School Diploma.ExperienceMandatory : Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Industrial activities related to Electrical, Electronic, Fiber Optic Field within industry; relevant experience on railway site management and EHS management; experience on railway products installation methods.Desirable : Familiar with high risk activities in Electrical work and EHS requirements; knowledge of railway products and services on different market segments; knowledge of transversal railway construction activities (civil, infrastructure, electric, etc.).
Competencies & SkillsGood technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains.Result-driven mindset and good communication with colleagues and other functions (engineering, manufacturing, industrial, quality, ...).
